It sure looks like his tight frame and long brow's he had last yr.. He should be nearing 2 and a half from what I can tell.. I hope he can get a few more yrs under his belt. Another young up and comer' too.!!

Fall is in the AIR

Well, I've been shootin the new APA Live 2 Hunt Signature series a ton and have all my cams out..! Tonite I was just like a little kid as I checked my cams and rushed home to see what the new yr of growth had revealed..!

I think this may just be "ACE".. If it is indeed him, he has put on an extra typical point and what looks to be some junk around the base.. This buck could be something if he has a chance to grow up..!

Drop-Tine's Newest..

Well, just when I thought I had all the bucks in the area scoped, this bad boy shows up.. He looks like he is a fighter, with some broken tips, but with these long beams and good weight, watch out for this one.. Should be interesting what the fall has in-store for this newest buck.. I've nick-named him "MERLIN".. Any buck that can live here and not only out-wit, but out-hide my cameras and I for a complete year, is truly a MAGICIAN..!

Unbelievable ?

Well, I've never seen it before, but a few of the better bucks are still packin'..! I'm not sure if I'm partly responsible due to my heavy feeding, but it is unreal.. We're closing into the end of March and these bucks are still carryin'..! These bucks have had an amazing winter and it is going to pay off this coming fall.. Check out "Crab-Claw", he's going to be one to watch in the coming years..

The "Joker"

Well, I've pounded the country-side for the last yr, had numerous baits and cameras out, yet this buck has completely eluded me.. All he's showed me is the right side of his 2009 rack, that I found on March 6th.. I've looked high and low for the match, with absolutely no luck.. It's like he's playing games with me, so I came up with a well-suited nick-name for him.. The "Joker"..
